Due to a recent programming error, silver is currently weightless in all
active games. This is going to be fixed in the near future, but to
prevent disasters, please double-check your ships and other transports
so they won't get stuck being overloaded once this happens. I think it's
probably fair that the free ride is going to last for another two turns,
and silver will be back to normal on October 4th.
