[E-Announce] Attention game 3 and 4: I accidentally ran the turn a second time.

Sorry everyone, I've just had a bit of an accident. I accidentally ran last weekend's turn a second time, overwriting the data file. As a result, random events, and new unit numbers have changed, and the code for an upcoming version of Eressea was used. Since your reports are now no longer in sync with the game world, I have decided to send out new reports, and to skip this weekend's turn for E3 and Deveron. Even though the changes are probably small, please throw out the old report and write your orders based on the new one. I am going to make some changes to my backup routines (I was taking a backup before each turn, but not after), and add a lock file to prevent this from happening again in the future. Game 2 is not affected by this, and will have a regular turn this week.
