[E-Announce] E3 and Deveron: New reports, again

I have been able to confirm reports of multiple bugs in the immature version of the server that was used for yesterday's turn re-run. Units have disappeared (bug 2050), and certain commands stopped working altogether (bug 2051). Consequentially, I will be running the turn a third time tonight, with the old code base. This is sad news for everyone who already wrote their orders, but I hope that the extra week until the next turn on December 20th will give you all time to adapt your orders to whatever changes there are in this third report.
