[E-Announce] Fatal error in July 5 turn, new reports are coming!

Hello Eressea, A very big bug has crept into the version of the server taht I used for Saturday's turn: Required silver was not being taken from other units in the region (the "pool"), causing many players to experience a variety of problems. Upkeep was not paid, units were not recruited, etc. The overall damage is so high that I've decided to re-run the entire turn for all three games. New emails are being sent as I write this. Please make sure to use only the new report for your next turn. This comes at a very bad time for me: I am in the middle of moving my home from the U.S. back to Europe, my last day at work is on Monday, and my flight leaves on Thursday. My life is pretty much upside-down at the moment. The good news is that I have figured out how this happened, and I seem to have fixed the bug.
